The elegant waves adorning the porcelain vase, decorated with a golden border, symbolize the diversity and cycle of life. The fragrance of LATIN WAVES takes the mind to a rustling and surging sea, where splashes of water bring a fragrant gust of air, full of citrus freshness, cardamom and pepper warmth and musk and amber sensuality.

HOUSE OF ILUM luxury candles is crafted in elegant porcelain vases complete with a lid to elevate every interior space. These luxury candles harness the finest natural soy wax with wicks made from cotton to produce a clean burn. Hand poured, 1 wick,  260 g candles have a minimum burn time of 60 hours.

HOUSE OF ILUM is run by siblings Orla, Mark and David Van Den Bergh. This is a project of passion inspired by their desire to share their stories through craftsmanship, expressed through both the visual and olfactory senses. ILUM comes from the Latin word illuminare, to enlighten. Influenced by travels over a lifelong journey of discovery, HOUSE OF ILUM designs have their origins in creators’ European heritage which bred in them a love of aesthetic and beauty in its many forms.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Burn within sights. Never burn a candle on or near anything that catch fire. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Remove the candle from the box before burning. Place on a heat resistant surface. Keep out of drafts. Keep candles 10 cm apart when burning. Before each relighting trim wick to 1 cm. Keep all objects, including matches and wick trimmings, out of the wax pool. Do not burn candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Allow to cool before each relighting.
Discontinue burning candle when 1 cm of un-melted wax remains. The use of candles is strictly at one's own risk. Failure to follow can result in personal injury/or property damage.
