*It should be noted that quality cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned - the legal basis of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001. June 11 Resolution no. 697 "On approval of retail trade rules" and Article 6.362, paragraph 4 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
** The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Article 6.228 10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
You can find the list of non-returnable goods: in 2012 March 15 Order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania No. 4-243 (Zin., 2012, No. 34-1637) "On approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items" in point 17.

-natural persons with legal capacity, i.e. those who have attained the age of majority and whose capacity has not been limited by the court;
