We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition and packaging within 14 days (from the date of receipt) we will give you an exchange or refund.
Right to Cancel
In accordance with applicable European Union and Lithuanian consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, except where statutory exclusions apply.

Returning Your Order
Following notification of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned to SILUETI no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal request was submitted.

Returning Shipping Costs
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Should you wish to use a courier service organised by SILUETI, collection can typically be arranged within 1–2 working days. Applicable charges will be based on the carrier rates in effect at the time of booking.
Refunds
SILUETI will reimburse all payments received from you in relation to the returned goods, including the cost of standard delivery where required by applicable law, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received, or until satisfactory evidence of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Important Information Regarding Cosmetic Products
Please note that sealed cosmetic and beauty products cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened, unsealed or otherwise compromised following delivery.

Faulty or incorrectly Supplied Products
This policy applies to returns made under the right of withdrawal. It does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming products.

Legal Basis
A detailed list of non-returnable goods can be found in Clause 17 of Order No. 4-243 of 15 March 2012 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".
Nothing in this policy affects the consumer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
This Cancellation and Returns Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, consumer protection legislation and other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

Terms and conditions
