A re-creation of what HOUSE OF ILUM creators' grandfather used to wear back in the day. You could smell it as he left for work early in the morning but it would be gone when he came home, masked by cigar smoke. The pattern is inspired by a vague memory of classic hexagonal floor tiles whilst playing around their grandfathers house in Belgium. HOUSE OF ILUM creators have tried to re work this memory using top notes of bergamot, mandarin and lemon with neroli, petit grain, orange flower, jasmine and hints of musk and amber to add a masculine touch.

HOUSE OF ILUM luxury candles is crafted in elegant porcelain vases complete with a lid to elevate every interior space. These luxury candles harness the finest natural soy wax with wicks made from cotton to produce a clean burn. Hand poured, 5 wick,  5.15 kg candles have a minimum burn time of 500 hours.

This is a project of passion inspired by their desire to share their stories through craftsmanship, expressed through both the visual and olfactory senses. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Burn within sights. Never burn a candle on or near anything that catch fire. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Remove the candle from the box before burning. Place on a heat resistant surface. Keep out of drafts. Keep candles 10 cm apart when burning. Before each relighting trim wick to 1 cm. Keep all objects, including matches and wick trimmings, out of the wax pool. Do not burn candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Allow to cool before each relighting.
Discontinue burning candle when 1 cm of un-melted wax remains. The use of candles is strictly at one's own risk. Failure to follow can result in personal injury/or property damage.
